I will provide a clean 2-D CAD (DWG) set that already includes all floor plans and elevations. From this information I need a fully built 3-D scene and a set of photorealistic stills that my team can rely on for construction planning decisions. Because the images will guide material take-offs and sequencing on site, every surface must read exactly as specified: correct brick bond, window frames, roof finishes, lighting temperature—the lot. Please apply high-detail textures and physically realistic materials, then light and render the scene so it feels as true to life as a site photograph. Deliverables • 3–5 high-resolution (4K) JPEG or PNG renders from the key viewpoints we will mark up together. • The native 3-D file (any mainstream package is fine) plus exported FBX or OBJ so our engineers can review geometry. I will forward the CAD, a material schedule and reference photos as soon as we start. Let me know your typical workflow, examples of similar photorealistic work and how quickly you can turn the first draft around.
