Acceptance criteria 1. Visual and functional parity with the reference site on desktop and mobile. 2. No critical errors or warnings under standard PHP error reporting. 3. Page load time comparable to—or better than—the original. 4. Deployment guide that lets me reproduce the setup on a blank VPS.
