I’m preparing marketing material for a new plantation project and need a single creative partner who can handle both brochure design and basic AutoCAD-based 3D rendering. Scope – Design a clean, engaging brochure that works equally well as a press-ready PDF and an interactive PDF. I’ll supply a reference brochure for dimensions; you can mirror that size so printing remains straightforward. – Create simple 3D views of the plantation layout or key structures in AutoCAD (or a compatible workflow) and export high-resolution stills that drop straight into the brochure. – Build supporting graphics, icons, and infographics that help investors grasp acreage, crop mix, sustainability features, and projected yields. – Deliver a print-ready PDF (CMYK, bleed included), an interactive PDF with internal links, and all editable source files (InDesign/Illustrator plus the DWG or native 3D file and rendered JPEG/PNG visuals). I have only a general concept now, so I’ll look to you for layout ideas, colour palette suggestions, and a logical page flow. Two to three revision rounds should be plenty to fine-tune everything. If you’re comfortable moving between Adobe Creative Cloud and AutoCAD and can turn around polished work quickly, I’d love to see recent examples of brochures that incorporate technical or architectural imagery.
