I need this finished within 24 hours I already have a full floor-plan for the house; what I still need are clear cabinetry drawings—kitchen, all bathrooms, the mud room and the laundry—so my valuer can tick off storage allowances without delays. Scope • Produce dimensioned plan views and elevations for each room listed above, sized to fit the actual spaces shown on my existing drawing. • Add simple 3D perspectives or SketchUp-style renders for each room so it’s easy for non-technical reviewers to visualise the layout. No need to specify materials, hardware or finishes; outlines with accurate measurements are all that is required. File Requirements • PDF sheets set to A3 with scale noted. • Editable source files (AutoCAD-compatible DWG or Revit/SketchUp model) so my builder can adjust later if needed. Acceptance I’ll sign off once overall and critical internal dimensions are clearly labelled, doors and drawers show correct swing/slide clearance, and each room has at least one annotated 3D image.
