Cape Town Wine Hub is a small business based in Strand, Cape Town, that provides storage and production services for other wine farms. We are currently looking for a Production Planning Software package (ideally developed in Java) to replace our existing physical Instruction Sheets (attached) that can do the following: - Be used on multiple devices (PC & Android) and support multiple users (Admin & General User). - Integrate with our existing WMS software, Carton Cloud (likely via API), to extract a specific data file at set intervals. - Draft Jobs Cards based on the data extracted that can be edited. - Functionality to assign Job Cards to different users. - Job Cards must support various statuses (i.e., Draft, In Progress, Completed, etc.), preferrably as a list that can be customised. - Have a customisable list of subtasks (with the ability to add a subtask's associated cost) that can be allocated to Job Cards. - Users must be able to mark subtasks as complete, and subsequently mark a Job Card as complete once all subtasks are complete. - Be able to cutsomize user rights. - Be able to export Job Card data to an Excel format. As of right now, we're just looking for an estimate on cost and timeline to design, develop and implement. Freelancers based in South Africa are preferred.
