We are seeking an experienced Professional Trainer / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to design and deliver a high-impact workshop on Tourism and Hospitality Management. This is 3-day, 3 hours daily workshop. The workshop will be delivered to professionals and aspiring practitioners in the tourism, travel, hospitality, and service sectors, focusing on practical skills, industry best practices, and global standards. The ideal candidate will have strong industry experience, proven training delivery capability, and the ability to engage diverse learners through interactive, real-world content. Must either be in Academic, industry or combination. Professors preferred. Scope of Work The trainer will be responsible for: Designing structured workshop content (slides, activities, case studies, exercises) Delivering live training (virtual and/or in-person as agreed) Facilitating discussions, group activities, and Q&A sessions Providing practical industry examples and best practices Sharing learning materials and post-training resources Anticipated Workshop dates: January 20-23, or February 1-3
