Front-End Graphic Designer Specialist (FlutterFlow) Experience Required 2–3 years of hands-on experience in front-end UI/UX design with strong expertise in FlutterFlow. Role Overview We are looking for a Front-End Graphic Designer Specialist with strong FlutterFlow UI design expertise to redesign and expand our existing website (www.transunifyy.com) into a collaborative, content-driven, and networking-focused platform. The role involves designing 10–15 dynamic website pages, building intuitive user onboarding journeys, and creating visually engaging collaboration interfaces for multiple user types. The ideal candidate combines strong graphic design sensibility with practical FlutterFlow implementation experience. Key Responsibilities 1. Design and develop responsive, high-quality UI screens using FlutterFlow 2. Redesign and expand the existing Transunifyy website for: • Collaboration • Networking • Content management • User engagement 3. Create 10–15 structured website pages, including: • Landing pages • Product/service pages • User dashboards • Community / collaboration spaces • Content management interfaces • Design user onboarding journeys: • Signup & login flows • Content and branding teams • Ensure consistent branding, typography, color systems, and design language across the platform • Optimize UI for usability, accessibility, and performance • Translate design concepts into functional FlutterFlow components • Maintain and evolve design systems as the platform scales Required Skills & Expertise • Strong proficiency in FlutterFlow UI design • Excellent graphic design skills (layout, spacing, color theory, typography) • Prior experience designing web platforms, not just mobile apps • Experience with collaboration platforms, dashboards, or SaaS products • Understanding of user-centered design and UX best practices • Ability to design clean, modern, and scalable UI Experience creating: • Multi-step onboarding flows • Role-based UI experiences • Familiarity with tools like Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch (for design handoff or prototyping) • Strong attention to detail and design consistency Preferred Experience • Previous work on content management systems (CMS) or community platforms • Experience designing networking or collaboration features • Knowledge of FlutterFlow custom components and reusable UI blocks • Experience working in technology or product-based companies What We’re Looking For • A designer who thinks beyond visuals and understands product usability • Someone who can own the UI design end-to-end in FlutterFlow • Strong ability to translate business goals into intuitive user experiences • A portfolio demonstrating FlutterFlow UI design work is mandatory
