Project: Heritage Mosque Facade Design 1. Architectural Modeling (Revit) The facade will be fully modeled using Autodesk Revit to ensure precision and take advantage of BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology. The design will closely follow the attached reference images, capturing the exact heritage identity, traditional patterns, arches, and architectural details. 2. 3D Visual Outputs High-quality 3D rendered images will be created based on the Revit model. These images will clearly show the final look of the facade, including the materials used (like natural stone or traditional plaster) and how it looks under daytime sunlight and nighttime lighting. 3. Simplified Bill of Quantities (BOQ) Because the project is built in Revit, we will extract a simplified Bill of Quantities table. This schedule will estimate the basic materials needed for the facade (such as the area of stone, paint, decorative elements, and windows) to help you understand the expected construction costs. 4. Final Deliverables At the end of the project, the following will be handed over: 3D Rendered Pictures (High resolution). Simplified BOQ Table (in Excel or PDF format).
