The app must launch natively on both iOS and Android, sharing a single codebase where practical for easier maintenance. Core flow Owners should be able to register, publish a property with photos, rates, availability, and location, then manage incoming booking requests. Renters will browse or search, view detailed listings, reserve dates, pay securely in-app, and message the owner without leaving the platform. Essential requirements • Modern, intuitive UI that feels consistent on iOS and Android • Secure sign-up/login (email, phone, or social) • Property listing creation with image upload and calendar management • Real-time availability checks and booking confirmation workflow • Integrated payment gateway that can hold funds until check-in • In-app chat and push notifications for all critical events • Admin web panel (or mobile admin section) to review listings, manage users, and see analytics • Clean, well-documented code and a short hand-off session so I can maintain or extend the project Acceptance criteria 1.
