Our existing Python-based backend is ready for a serious upgrade, and I need an experienced full-stack talent who can weave advanced AI directly into the analytics and reporting layer. The immediate goal is to turn raw data into actionable insight through three key capabilities: Natural Language Processing for parsing unstructured text, Computer Vision for image streams, and Predictive Analytics for forward-looking metrics. The system is built on Python 3.11 with FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Docker and a modest Kubernetes cluster running on AWS. You will be handed clean, well-documented endpoints and a CI/CD pipeline that already pushes to our staging environment; your task is to design, train or fine-tune suitable models (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn—your choice), wrap them in scalable services, and instrument thorough metrics so the insights surface neatly in our reporting dashboards. Time is critical—I need meaningful progress right away and incremental, tested code landing in the repo from day one.
