Core flow • Employers post a task or idea—anything from “wait tables this weekend” to “help design a model rocket.” • Job seekers and service providers list their skills, set an hourly or fixed price, and publish an availability calendar. • Users browse or search listings, tap a slot in the provider’s calendar, and confirm the booking. • In-app chat and push notifications keep everyone synced on timing and requirements. • After completion, both sides leave a rating that feeds into public profiles. What I need from you 1. A clean, intuitive UI (think two tabs: “Find Talent” and “Offer Services”) built with Flutter or React Native—open to your recommendation as long as we reach both stores quickly. 2. Secure email/phone sign-up plus Google and Apple social log-ins. 3. Real-time calendar management for providers, including automatic conflict checks. 4. Back-end APIs (Firebase, Supabase, or Node/Express with PostgreSQL) that handle listings, bookings, chat, and reviews. 5. Admin dashboard to moderate content and resolve disputes. 6. A deploy-ready build for TestFlight and Google Play Internal Testing, along with concise documentation so my in-house team can maintain the codebase. Acceptance criteria • Smooth booking flow proven by a short demo video: employer posts, provider accepts, chat opens, calendar blocks out. • No crashes on iOS 15+ and Android 11+. • Source code lint-free and pushed to our private Git repo. • Clear README covering build steps, environment variables, and production deploy commands.
