I manage almost 500 escrow accounts inside QuickBooks Online and each year I have to generate an “Escrow Activity Statement” for every single organization. The report already exists in QBO; the only part missing is an efficient way to feed it a list of organization names, export each statement as a PDF, and drop those files onto our local server—complete with every transaction line and the custom fields we track. Here’s what I need built: a small, repeatable routine that accepts a variable-length list of organization names, loops through them one by one, runs the existing custom report, exports the result in PDF format, and saves the file to a specified network folder using a clear naming convention. Nothing should be stored inside QuickBooks or on a cloud drive; everything lands on our in-house server.
