We require a Qwilr specialist to design and configure a suite of professional, branded templates that will integrate seamlessly with our HubSpot CRM. These templates must handle everything from initial concepts to legally binding construction contracts. Key Deliverables 1. Concept Design & Discovery Templates * Create "Concept Design" templates that allow for revision tracking and designer engagement. * Design must reflect our professional branding and support high-quality visual content for renovation scopes. 2. Quoting & Bill of Materials (BOM) * Develop interactive quoting templates that clearly display trade quotes (plumbing, electrical, etc.) and cost breakdowns. * Templates must be capable of presenting complex project margins and line items clearly for client review. 3. Building Contracts & Legal Documents * Create a master "Building Contract" template for final proposal issuance and legal execution. * Integration of e-signature capabilities to trigger "Deposit Confirmation" and "Commencement of Build" milestones. 4. Variation Management * Design a "Variation" template to handle scope changes during the construction phase. * These must link back to our HubSpot records to ensure the accounts team is notified prior to invoicing. 5. HubSpot Integration * Map Qwilr variables to **HubSpot Deal and Contact properties** to ensure automated "one-click" document generation. * Ensure status updates (e.g., "Contract Signed") automatically update the HubSpot pipeline stage.
