The site must spotlight three streams of work—completed builds, projects currently under construction, and developments still in the pipeline—each with rich visuals, concise specs, location data, and an intuitive way to move between them. Core requirements • A modern, responsive design that loads fast on desktop and mobile, built with a solid stack you feel confident supporting (WordPress + Elementor, Webflow, custom React/Next, or a similar CMS-driven approach). • Simple back-office tools so my team can add, edit, or retire projects without touching code. • Clear project pages featuring image galleries, floor plans or renders, key metrics, Google-map embedding, and a short narrative of our role. • A unified look and feel that reflects a premium, trusted construction brand—consistent typography, colours, and iconography. • SEO-friendly structure and clean markup so each project page can rank in local searches. • Optional extras welcome, such as a timeline module for construction updates or a lightweight contact form that routes enquiries to our sales inbox. Deliverables 1. Fully functional website hosted on our chosen server (we can supply cPanel or a fresh VPS). 2. Admin credentials and written hand-over guide (PDF or mini-video) showing how to publish new projects. 3. All source files, graphics, and licences. Acceptance criteria • Every page passes Google Lighthouse scores of 85+ for Performance and Accessibility. • Galleries render correctly on the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox, plus iOS/Android browsers. • Adding a project through the CMS auto-populates thumbnail grids and internal links without manual tweaking.
