I have a finished architectural plan for a small-scale module production building building and now need polished 3D imagery that I can drop straight into a marketing brochure and website. The brief is simple: translate the attached drawings into photo-realistic renders, capturing both a ground-level exterior perspective and an aerial hero shot that shows the building’s footprint in context. On the wooden terrace would be great to add some cafe tables and on top front of the building would be nice to add the company logo that I have attached. Because these images will headline our marketing material, lighting, materials, and landscaping details must feel believable—glass reflections, shadow direction, and any surrounding terrain or street furniture should sell the story at first glance. You are free to work in the software you prefer—Blender + Cycles, 3ds Max with V-Ray, SketchUp + Lumion, or a comparable pipeline—so long as the final output is high-resolution JPEG/PNG files ready for print and web (minimum 4 K on the long edge). Deliverables • One exterior eye-level render • One aerial render highlighting roofline and site context • Source scene file(s) with textures linked (for future tweaks) Acceptance • Geometry and proportions match the attached plan exactly • Real-world PBR materials applied; no obvious tiling or stretching • Clean, noise-free images suitable for print at 300 dpi If something in the plan needs clarification, flag it early so we stay on schedule. Looking forward to seeing the building come to life!
