Deliverable & acceptance criteria 1. A spreadsheet or ATS export containing 10–15 vetted candidates: LinkedIn URL, direct email or InMail link, current employer, years of HFT experience, core tech skills, and brief notes on why each meets the bar. 2. A short summary of your sourcing methodology (search strings, groups tapped, outreach response rate). 3. Every candidate must confirm interest in exploring a new HFT opportunity before you list them.
