I need help filling a key role on my product team: a senior-level full-stack engineer (6+ years) who can communicate effortlessly in English, both spoken and written. I will rely on you to manage the entire recruiting funnel—from sourcing through to offer acceptance—so that my time is spent only on final interviews and making the hire. Here is what success looks like: • You quickly map the talent market and identify developers with deep, hands-on experience across both front-end and back-end stacks (React, Node.js, Django, Spring Boot or similar—exact stack is flexible as long as the fundamentals are solid). • Each candidate you present has already passed your structured screening call that covers technical depth, architecture thinking, and advanced English fluency. • You deliver a concise brief for every shortlisted profile: résumé, validated references or GitHub links, compensation expectations, earliest start date, and your own assessment notes. • Within three weeks I have at least three interview-ready finalists and can make a confident offer to one of them. You may tap LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub searches, Stack Overflow, AngelList, or your own network. An ATS or spreadsheet tracker that keeps me updated on pipeline status is essential; I’m happy to grant access to our existing Workable instance if you prefer.
