Our early-stage team is seeking a Recruiter who can quickly help us hire a full-time Senior Software Engineer with equal mastery of Python (Flask) and React. This role is critical to our growth, and we need someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments where release cycles are measured in days, not months. Scope of Work -You will own the top-of-funnel search-identifying and delivering strong candidate leads. This includes: -Community scouting and direct outreach -Resume review and initial screening -Sourcing through LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Slack groups, and other relevant channels -Generating and sharing a list of qualified candidates’ emails and LinkedIn profiles -We will provide the official job description, compensation details, and insights into our culture. You’ll focus on finding candidates who match both the technical requirements and our fast-moving startup environment. What Matters Most -Proven expertise in both Python (Flask) and React -Strong problem-solving ability under high-pressure, fast-changing conditions -Demonstrated success in early-stage startups with rapid release cycles -Deliverables & Acceptance Criteria -A curated shortlist of 3–5 strong candidates within 2 days For each candidate: -Resume and LinkedIn profile -Contact information (email) -Your screening notes highlighting 3+ years of production experience in Python and React -Clear evidence of adaptability to shifting priorities and tight deadlines
