When a potential client schedules a technical interview—whether the topic is JavaScript micro-services, Python data pipelines, Machine Learning with PyTorch, or the finer points of Software Architecture—you will join the call, introduce yourself on behalf of the engineer, and guide the conversation toward closing the engagement. Because every prospect is different, I am looking for someone already comfortable in the technology sector. Familiarity with Software Architecture is essential; being able to reference image processing, deep-learning or NLP concepts conversationally will help you sound native to our work. Logistics & expectations • Location: you must physically reside in the United States, Canada, or Europe so time-zone alignment feels natural to clients. • Language: fluent, near-native English with a professional yet friendly tone. • Availability: fully remote, set your own hours—most calls fall between 8 AM and 6 PM in the client’s time zone. • Compensation: purely commission; you keep 25 % of the profit on every deal you help close. If you have prior experience running discovery calls, technical screenings, or sales demos for technology firms, you will ramp up quickly here. You will receive the developer’s résumé, project history, and key talking points before each interview; afterward, send me a short recap so I can finalize the proposal.
