I am renovating an existing apartment and require a complete, build-ready architectural design package that can be handed directly to contractors for execution. This is not a conceptual or mood-board exercise. The deliverable must include accurate dimensions, technical drawings, and construction-ready specifications. Scope of Work The selected professional will be responsible for producing a full renovation design, including but not limited to: 1. Architectural Layout & Space Planning Proposed layout with: a) Closure of existing doors and conversion to windows where required b) Relocation and redesign of bathroom / toilet c) Optimised layout for kitchen, living area, and bedroom d) Furniture layout - All drawings fully dimensioned (metric) - Wall types clearly defined (existing vs new partitions) 2. Bathroom & Plumbing Design New bathroom layout with: - Toilet, shower, sink positioning - Plumbing routes (water supply & drainage – schematic level) - Clear indications suitable for contractor execution 3. Electrical & Lighting Plan Full electrical plan including: - Lighting points (ceiling, wall, ambient) - Switch locations (single / double / multi-gang) - Power outlets (standard, kitchen appliances, special loads) 4. Kitchen Design (Technical) Kitchen layout with: - Appliance positioning (fridge, oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher) - Plumbing & electrical coordination - Cabinet layout sufficient for fabrication guidance (not branding-specific) 5.
