We are building a multi-level coastal beach house and are looking for an exterior-focused residential designer to refine the façade styling before final construction decisions are locked. We are not redesigning the structure. We want help with exterior aesthetics: siding hierarchy, shutters, railing consistency, trim proportions, and overall curb appeal. The goal is a polished, cohesive coastal elevation package. We already have architectural drawings and elevations — we’re looking for a designer to elevate the exterior look, not change the engineering.
