I’m designing a new residential + commercial mix use building for the project and need a complete drawing package that includes three items: a detailed floor plan, an overall site plan, and a photorealistic exterior rendering in a contemporary style. Scope of work • Floor plan – Show room layouts with accurate dimensions, circulation flow. • Site plan – Locate the house on the lot, orient it toward the river, illustrate setbacks, driveway, landscaping zones, and any required grading. • Exterior rendering – Produce at least one daylight view that clearly expresses the contemporary aesthetic, materials, and large openings toward the water. File expectations • 2D drawings in DWG and PDF. • Renderings in high-resolution JPG/PNG plus the native file (Lumion, Twinmotion, Enscape, or similar). Acceptance criteria 1.
