I am looking for an experienced BIM Specialist to convert a set of 2D architectural plans (PDF/DWG) into a highly accurate Revit 2024 model. This is the first phase of a larger project; the model must be structured so that MEP systems can be seamlessly integrated in Phase 2. Scope of Work Architectural Modeling: Accurate 3D conversion of floor plans, sections, and elevations. Structural Integration: Include all structural elements (columns, beams, foundations, and load-bearing walls) as per the provided 2D drawings. Family Placement: * Full layout of Kitchen and Bathroom fixtures. Fixtures must be placed as Revit Families (not generic blocks) to allow for plumbing connection points in Phase 2. Phasing/Organization: Ensure correct levels, grids, and room tagging. Technical Requirements LOD 300: The model should meet Level of Development 300 standards. Hosting: Fixtures must be correctly hosted to walls/floors to ensure MEP connectors function properly. Clean Geometry: No overlapping elements or "warnings" in the Revit file. Deliverables Native Revit (.rvt) file. Standardized Sheet Set (Floor plans, Structural layout, reflected ceiling plans). A brief "Model Handbook" or notes on family types used.
