I operate a 10-room property and I’m ready to give it a cohesive rustic makeover. The scope is strictly interior design and covers the guest rooms, lobby area, dining area, and kitchen. What I need from you • A unified rustic concept that ties the whole property together while preserving the practical flow of a hotel. • Detailed layouts and mood boards that show furniture placement, lighting, and décor choices for each room type as well as the shared spaces. • 3D visualisations (or photorealistic renders) so my team and I can see exactly how the spaces will feel before we start purchasing. • A complete FF&E schedule and material/colour palette with locally available options, including suggested alternatives if items go out of stock. • Implementation guidance: clear instructions we can hand to contractors so the design intent is respected during the build‐out phase. Acceptance criteria 1. All spaces reflect a warm, welcoming rustic style without compromising durability or ease of maintenance for hotel turnover. 2. Drawings and renders match the exact room measurements I will supply. 3. FF&E list is costed and links to suppliers are included. 4. Revisions: up to two rounds per area to fine-tune the final details. Please share a concise portfolio sample—preferably hospitality—or a link to one similar rustic project so I can see your style alignment. I aim to select a designer quickly and kick off with floor plans right away.
