Project Overview: We are in the planning stage of a new school development and are seeking a skilled Architect with experience in designing educational scientific laboratories. The selected professional will support us by preparing a complete architectural proposal for fully equipped laboratories, including all required furniture, fixtures, and internal equipment based on each specialization. Scope of Work: The Architect will be responsible for preparing a conceptual layout that includes: Conceptual architectural design for specialized scientific laboratories Laboratory furniture layout Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in Architectural Design for Educational or Laboratory Projects Strong portfolio showcasing 3D renderings and technical documentation Familiarity with scientific lab planning, safety standards, and functional layouts Please submit the following: Relevant portfolio samples (especially laboratories or educational facilities) Deliverables Conceptual design layout in PDF and DWG
