A straightforward Python (requests / BeautifulSoup or Selenium) or Scrapy workflow is fine as long as the final output arrives in a single Excel file (.xlsx) that opens error-free in Microsoft Excel. Accuracy matters more than speed—random spot checks will be run. Any duplicates, blanks, or malformed addresses will be sent back for correction.
