I want to build a mobile application that lets elderly users—or anyone without immediate family support—hire a trained companion who can guide them through government-hospital visits. The core of the first release is very clear: • Booking assistance for hospital visits: users choose a helper, pick the required service level, and pay the service fee in-app. • Transportation to the hospital: integration with maps and a simple ride-scheduling flow so the helper and user reach the facility together without worrying about traffic. An interactive and engaging interface is essential. Large tap targets, clear progress indicators, optional voice prompts, and friendly micro-animations should keep seniors comfortable while still feeling modern. A built-in scheduling module must let users pick appointment dates and times, sync with calendar reminders, and trigger push notifications for upcoming visits. If we can structure the back end so future features such as live queue monitoring can be slotted in later, that would be ideal. Deliverables • Cross-platform user app (Android & iOS) with the above functions • Companion/helper app with job alerts, navigation, and earnings summary • Admin dashboard for service management, support chat, pricing controls, and analytics • Fully documented APIs, database schema, and deployment scripts • Test plan covering accessibility, performance, and security, followed by a stable release build Once everything is delivered, ownership of the complete, well-commented source code and design files should transfer to me so I can maintain or expand the service as needed.
