I am looking to hire an experienced SEO and content expert on a monthly basis to grow organic search traffic for a new website in the electric vehicles (EV) niche. This is a long-term role focused on building a strong SEO foundation, creating high-quality content, and establishing authority in the EV space. The work includes keyword research, content planning, and writing in-depth, search-optimized blog posts that demonstrate real understanding of electric vehicles, batteries, charging infrastructure, EV comparisons, and industry trends. Content must be written for humans first, with proper SEO best practices applied. Monthly Responsibilities • Keyword research and identification of high-potential EV terms for a new site • Monthly content roadmap and internal linking strategy • Writing and optimizing 4–6 long-form blog posts per month (≈1,000–1,200 words each) • On-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, URL slugs, image alt text) • Optimization of existing content if needed • Monitoring performance using GA4 and Google Search Console Monthly KPIs (GA4-Aligned | Realistic for New Site) • Increase in organic impressions and clicks (even small numbers initially) • Growth in engaged users and average engagement time • Establishment of target keywords in Google’s top 20 results • High-quality internal linking and structured site architecture • Content engagement metrics: average session duration, pages per session • Low bounce-equivalent behavior, showing content resonates with readers Probation Month & Milestones • Month 1 will be treated as a probation period • Deliverables for Month 1: full keyword research, content roadmap, and at least 2–3 published SEO-optimized blog posts • Evaluation based on content quality, SEO implementation, and early engagement signals • Successful probation completion leads to a long-term monthly retainer Quality & Writing Standards (Strict) • Demonstrated knowledge of electric vehicles and related technologies • Original, well-researched, plagiarism-free content • AI tools may only assist research or drafting; final content must be clearly human-edited and expert-level • No generic, templated, or keyword-stuffed content • Applicants must explain their SEO and content process and disclose AI usage Budget (Monthly Retainer) • EUR50 – EUR200 USD per month • Budget depends on experience, content quality, and results during probation • Long-term opportunity for the right expert Reporting • Monthly report using GA4 and Search Console • Summary of content published, keyword performance, and engagement metrics Please include 2–3 relevant SEO content samples in the EV, automotive, or clean energy niche.
