From a simple web interface that also works smoothly on mobile, I want to be able to: • pick one of several predefined service-agreement templates • add, remove, or edit clauses on the fly (rich-text or Markdown is fine) • collect legally binding signatures on any touchscreen or with a mouse/trackpad • instantly compile the final document to PDF and email a copy to every party Security and auditability are critical: each signature must be timestamped and paired with the signer’s IP/device info, then locked into the generated PDF.
