I have a Shapeoko XXL in my shop and need a ready-to-cut design for a wooden sign that stands about 10 inches tall (width can scale naturally to keep the layout balanced). The goal is a crisp, professional-grade result, so I’m after more than just an SVG—I need the full machining plan. Here’s what I expect: • Vector artwork of the sign (SVG/DXF or similar) • A Carbide Create or Fusion 360 project with every tool path already defined—clear roughing, finishing, and profile passes • Precise bit list (diameter, flute count, material, ideal RPM/IPM) aligned to standard Shapeoko XXL capabilities • A brief setup note covering stock size, zero position, step-overs, and recommended workholding Material is wood, and I’ll handle the finish afterward, so feel free to focus purely on the carve quality. Turnaround is urgent—I’d like to load the code and start cutting within the next day or two.
