I need a clean, web-based platform where affiliates can register with a valid invite code, agree to the Terms & Conditions and immediately start tracking the three-tier referral program. Both the user and admin sides must sit under one responsive interface, each seeing only what applies to their role. Core user-facing areas • Getting Started – short video tutorials I will upload. • Profile – editable contact and payment details. • Wallet – shows accumulated commissions and payout history. • Affiliate Tools – lineage tracker for three tiers, one-click QR code generator tied to each user’s unique link, plus the ability to email an invite directly from the dashboard. • Marketing Library – files or external links I add from the admin side appear here for instant download or viewing. • Referral Tree – a graphical, hierarchical view of every down-line. • Rewards – static text blocks I populate to highlight milestones or bonuses. • Support – ticket system so users can raise and track issues. Admin capabilities I must be able to manage users, manually adjust rewards, upload marketing collateral, respond to support tickets, and view every referral relationship in real time. A simple CMS-style back office is enough; no bloat—just reliable CRUD tools and role-based access control. Notifications When a new referral is recorded or a payment goes through, the system must send an automatic email alert to the relevant user. No SMS or in-app alerts are needed for this first release. Login & registration Standard email-and-password flow is fine as long as affiliate-code validation and T&C acceptance are enforced at sign-up. Deliverables 1. Fully functional web application (front end, back end, database) deployed to my hosting of choice. 2. Source code with brief README explaining environment variables and build steps. 3. Basic admin manual showing where to upload videos, files, and how to process tickets. 4. One test account for each role so I can verify the workflow end-to-end. Build it with whichever modern framework you’re most comfortable maintaining; clarity, security, and ease of future feature additions are my top priorities.
