I need a clean, responsive portfolio website that showcases who I am in a straightforward, uncluttered way. The immediate scope is a single “About Me” page that loads fast, looks great on mobile and desktop, and can be updated easily without touching code every time I tweak the text or a photo. Full design and development are part of the job—from picking a lightweight theme or framework, through writing the HTML/CSS/JS (or configuring WordPress, Webflow, or another CMS if that speeds things up), to deploying the finished site on my hosting. While the initial launch covers only the About Me section, the structure should leave room for me to bolt on Projects and a Contact Form later without a redesign.
