This project is a commission for the development of a SnakeGame-style local area network multiplayer arcade game. The basic game mechanics reference CrazyGames' "Gulper.io," but utilize local communication via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi Direct instead of an internet-based server. All participants must be automatically recognized within the same network or Bluetooth range and be able to join the game immediately. Establishing a peer-to-peer architecture capable of real-time synchronization without a central server is essential. We recommend implementing the game as a cross-platform application using one of the following development environments: Unity, Unreal Engine, or Godot Engine. The core objectives of this project are to minimize latency, prevent data collisions, and improve the accuracy of device discovery. Preference will be given to candidates with experience utilizing Bluetooth LE, Wi-Fi Direct, or Mesh Networking protocols. Each device independently executes a portion of the game logic and operates in a distributed structure without a central database. The game interface must be designed to allow easy discovery and connection with nearby participants. The application must run stably on both Android and iOS environments and require only minimal permissions. Applicants must include the word “SnakeGame” on the first line of their proposal to filter out automation proposals. Applicants who have not sufficiently analyzed https://www.crazygames.com/game/gulper-io and the attached content will not be recommended for this project. This game is an initial prototype, and we are considering future updates and feature expansions. Therefore, we prefer candidates who possess not only technical expertise but also a spirit of long-term collaboration and communication skills. Please include specific details regarding the development budget, schedule plan, relevant portfolio, and experience with similar projects in your proposal.
