I’m looking for a SolidWorks specialist to turn my concept for a surveillance-camera enclosure into a fully detailed 3D model ready for manufacture in composite material. The enclosure must clamp securely to a small zip-wire carriage, protect the electronics in both indoor and outdoor conditions, and still allow quick access for maintenance. You will receive the enclosure’s STEP file, the zip-wire carriage outline, and rough sketches of the mounting concept. From that, I need a watertight, impact-resistant housing with an integrated bracket that keeps the camera correctly aligned while travelling along the wire. Please consider gasket seats, fastener selection, cable routing, and drainage/vent features suitable for composite moulding. Deliverables • Native SolidWorks files (.SLDPRT, .SLDASM) • Neutral formats (.STEP, .IGES) • 2-D manufacturing drawings with tolerances and BOM • Simple render or exploded view for presentation I’ll sign off once the model assembles without interference, mounting holes match the carriage, and all surfaces show minimum 2° draft for composite lay-up.
