Deliverables • Scaled floor plan (PDF or DWG) showing all furniture and traffic flow • Colour & material board with paint codes / samples • Lighting scheme with fixture specs and switching plan • Furniture and décor shopping list with dimensions and sources • 3–4 high-quality 3D renders or styled SketchUp views illustrating the final concept • A brief styling guide so I can implement the look confidently Acceptance criteria: walking paths minimum 1.2 m wide; visual balance across all elevations; daylight glare managed; all items commercially available or clearly custom-labelled.
