I have already spun up a basic Squarespace site for our employee benefits and health-insurance program and now I need an experienced Squarespace designer to take it across the finish line. The goal is a polished, professional-looking one-page experience that clearly walks staff through every benefit we offer, without clutter or confusion. I’m keeping the structure simple: each benefit (medical, dental, vision, 401k, wellness perks, etc.) will live in its own well-labeled section on a single scrolling page. I’ve drafted rough copy and dropped in a few placeholders, but the layout, typography hierarchy, and color harmony still feel half-done. I’m after a clean corporate aesthetic that matches our brand guide—think crisp lines, ample white space, and confident blues—so the end product feels authoritative yet easy to navigate. In addition to tightening up the visual design, I’d like guidance on: • Creating clear anchor links or an on-page menu so employees can jump straight to any section • Making sure the page is fully responsive, loads fast, and remains accessible (WCAG basics) • Light SEO and meta tags so the page is discoverable internally and, if we choose to open parts of it, externally • Integrating any native Squarespace features (e.g., simple forms or FAQ blocks) if you think they add value, though the primary focus is the informational content Deliverables I’ll sign off on: 1. Fully styled Squarespace one-page site aligned with our corporate colors, header, and logo assets 2. Section-by-section layout for each benefit, including iconography or imagery where it supports clarity 3. Mobile, tablet, and desktop responsiveness checks, with before/after screenshots 4. A short hand-off doc or Loom walkthrough so my HR team can update text or swap images later without breaking the design All work must stay within Squarespace (no custom-coded external hosting), and I’ll provide collaborator access immediately. If you’ve built sleek corporate pages on Squarespace before, especially anything HR- or finance-related, I’d love to see a couple of links when you reply.
