I am a Mechanical Engineering student looking for support in completing an academic simulation project related to robotic arm structural analysis. The project involves designing a simple robotic arm link component and performing structural analysis using Finite Element Analysis (FEA). The objective is to evaluate stress distribution, deformation, and factor of safety of a robotic arm link under applied load conditions. The project is for academic learning purposes, so simple and clear modelling and simulation are sufficient. Scope of Work: • Create a simple robotic arm link 3D CAD model (rectangular or hollow link) • Assign suitable material (Aluminium 6061 or Structural Steel) • Apply proper boundary conditions (Fixed support at one end, Load at other end) • Perform structural static analysis • Generate result plots: Von Mises Stress Total Deformation Factor of Safety
