Scope of work • Provision and verify suitable long code or toll-free numbers inside Telnyx, attach them to a messaging profile, and satisfy all compliance steps (A2P 10DLC, brand and campaign registration where required). • Build or integrate the API/portal-based tools needed to schedule messages, automate multi-step workflows, and surface analytics. I want the ability to queue a campaign, set send windows, and trigger follow-ups automatically. • Expose delivery and engagement metrics (DLR status, errors, click-through, opt-outs, etc.) in a simple dashboard or exportable report so I can measure performance without leaving the platform. • Document every step clearly—API keys, webhook URLs, Flow Builder diagrams, or code snippets—so I can reproduce or adjust the setup later. Acceptance criteria 1. A test broadcast of both SMS and MMS to a small sandbox list delivers successfully with confirmed DLRs. 2. A scheduled campaign executes automatically at the chosen time without manual intervention. 3. Real-time reporting shows sent, delivered, failed, and opt-out counts. 4. Clear hand-off documentation is provided in a shared folder or repository. If you have previous Telnyx API, Flow Builder, or webhook experience, this should be straightforward; just make sure the final setup is scalable enough for future growth.
