I currently have a project in mind for a family member who wants ideas for their home. The current house is not in good condition, and we've considered two options: - Demolishing the existing structure and building a three-story house - Demolishing the roof and adding some interior walls I need a draftsman to create floor plans for both options: one for the complete three-story house and another showing only the proposed renovations. I also need a cost estimate for both options, in Colombian pesos. The budget for this project is $100. I'd like to know if anyone is interested in taking on this project.
