Your brief is to take the existing shell and deliver a cohesive interior architecture package that marries period charm with modern functionality. You should be comfortable translating sketch ideas into detailed CAD drawings, producing photorealistic 3-D visualisations (SketchUp, Revit or similar), and specifying finishes, lighting and furniture that can be sourced locally. Acceptance criteria • Scaled floor plan and reflected ceiling plan, ready for contractor use • At least two high-resolution 3-D renders showing day and evening ambience • Materials / fixtures schedule with codes, quantities and estimated lead times • One round of revisions after first presentation to ensure the design captures our brand’s personality without drifting from the traditional style I will supply existing measurements, reference photos and branding guidelines as soon as we kick off.
