I need a web application that lets my dispatch team handle every major step of a load in one place. The core of the build is an automated rate-confirmation module: as soon as a customer sends a PDF or scanned image, the system should detect the document, pull the basic load data, and save it under the correct trip ID without any manual renaming. From there, we should be able to generate an invoice with our own branding and the captured details, then email it directly from the platform. For equipment oversight I want real-time GPS tracking on both trucks and trailers, a route-history view for past trips, plus maintenance reminders that trigger by mileage or date. On the driver side, the platform must keep full profiles, log each driver’s history, and allow quick performance reviews after a trip is completed. I’m open to your preferred tech stack—as long as the UI is clean, mobile-friendly, and you integrate the usual mapping/telematics tools (Google Maps, Mapbox, Samsara, KeepTruckin API, or similar). If you rely on third-party services for OCR or GPS, note any subscription costs so I can factor them in. Deliverables: • Fully responsive web app deployed on my server • Automated rate-confirmation upload and data capture • Invoice generator with PDF and email options • Dashboard with live truck/trailer locations, route history, and maintenance alerts • Driver module covering profiles, history, and performance tracking • Source code, database schema, and setup documentation I’ll test by uploading sample confirmations, checking live GPS feeds, and running a complete load from dispatch to invoicing. Let me know your timeline, the APIs you’d use, and any questions you have so we can get rolling.
