I am looking to develop an app for both android and ios It will have some basic features like metro train maps, personal details, and other things Main purpose to create the app is to get it installed in customer mobile so we can track the person for atleast 3 months (not continuous, but live location will be required on intervals) We can ask them for manual installation also and we can go through app stores both possible Reason for tracking is we are a travel agency and we give them visit Visa and Thier is a very high chance that they may overstay on the visa period allowed which will incure us fine from visa authorities, so tracking will help them finding at point of visa expiration Note: they may delete the app or Thier gps may stay turned off also they may not have internet (these are the scenarios that can happen but our app for location tracking should work) Everything we are doing is legal, and no point of any misuse of data, so do not worry.
