I need a thorough, end-to-end QA sweep across both the Android app and the web version of “Umrah Chalo,” my Umrah travel-planning platform. Your mission is to uncover every functional bug and usability snag before our next release and present them in a clear, reproducible format. Scope of the test • Platforms: Android (phone and tablet) and all major web browsers. • Critical user flows: – Account creation and secure login (email, social, OTP). – Search for packages, hotels and transport, with filters and sorting. – Full booking and payment journey right up to the confirmation screen, including failed-payment handling. What you’ll deliver 1. A consolidated defect log (spreadsheet or tracker) describing steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual results, severity, and environment. 2. Supporting evidence: annotated screenshots or screen recordings for every issue. 3. A brief usability summary highlighting any confusing wording, broken navigation, or slow screens that could frustrate first-time pilgrims. Acceptance criteria • Every defect is reproducible on my side using the steps you provide. • Media evidence is attached to each ticket. • All critical-path issues are prioritised by severity. Access credentials, test accounts, and sample cards will be supplied once we start. If you have experience with travel or e-commerce apps, that’s a bonus—accuracy around dates, pricing and currency display is vital. Looking forward to your keen eye and meticulous documentation.
