My current ecommerce site is functional yet clunky, and customers keep telling me they get lost before checkout. I want to overhaul the store with one clear objective: give shoppers a seamless, frustration-free experience that keeps them browsing and confidently purchasing. Key experience improvements I need: • Intuitive navigation that surfaces categories and best-sellers in as few clicks as possible • A fast, filterable search feature that can handle typos and synonyms • A modern, mobile-first layout that scales gracefully from phone to desktop • Full setup and configuration of the “IPL feature” for bulk product upload and management (the plugin is installed but not optimised) I’m interested in designers or small teams who have actually taken a sluggish store and turned it into something customers love using. When you respond, highlight relevant ecommerce platforms you’ve worked on, the specific UX challenges you solved, and any measurable wins (lower bounce rate, higher conversion, etc.). Links to live stores or short case studies will help me gauge fit quickly. I will supply brand assets, current theme files, and access to the staging server. Once the redesign is approved, you’ll migrate it to production with no downtime. Deliverables and acceptance: 1. Wireframes or clickable mock-ups for navigation, search UI, and key page templates 2. Fully coded, mobile-responsive theme installed on staging 3. IPL feature tested with a sample bulk upload of products or suggest better plug in to achieve seemless upload of new product IPLs and search functions. 4. Launch to live site, post-deployment check, and a brief hand-off guide 5. Improved search bar that can deal with typos and search within product descriptions 6. Better landing page that is easier for customers to start shopping 7. fix catagories and product tags so products sit in the right department. If you can transform confusing paths into clear journeys, I’d like to hear how you’d approach this project.
