Summary We are seeking an experienced UX web designer to create a high-impact, conversion-focused homepage for a client in the real estate industry. This project is centered on a premium, lifestyle-driven development targeting an affluent buyer audience. This is a fast-turn, sprint-style engagement focused on UX, visual design, and conversion strategy. Our internal team will handle all coding and HubSpot implementation. PROJECT SCOPE Phase 1 (Immediate — Fast Turnaround) - Homepage UX - visual design focused on lead generation • Desktop and mobile designs (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar) • CTA and lead-capture flow design • Design components for developer handoff (buttons, sections, layout system) • Handoff documentation for clean implementation *There is strong potential for Phase 2 and Phase 3, including full website expansion and additional landing pages. UX GOALS: - Create an emotional connection with the target audience - Clearly differentiate the client from competitors Communicate location, pricing, lot sizes, and next steps with clarity - Design for urgency and event-driven engagement - Optimize every page for lead capture - Compatible with HubSpot WHAT WE PROVIDE: - Copy and overall messaging - Brand guidelines and visual direction - Buyer personas and positioning - SEO framework - You’ll design independently with our direction and feedback.
