My content-creation brand is ready to step up its social presence on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and, when practical, repurpose the same material for Twitch and TikTok. The goal is simple: publish eye-catching, on-brand videos consistently and keep each account active and responsive so the audience feels engaged every day, not just when a new project drops. What you will handle day to day: • Plan and maintain a rolling content calendar that balances behind-the-scenes clips, highlights, and community prompts. • Create short-form videos (Reels, Stories, Shorts) from raw footage I supply or that you source with stock, using tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut or similar. • Write punchy captions, choose trending audio, add hashtags and schedule posts through native apps or a dashboard like Hootsuite/Buffer. • Monitor comments, mentions and DMs, flag anything that needs my voice, and keep basic community interactions flowing. • Track reach, watch-time and engagement, then deliver a concise weekly report with next-week adjustments. Acceptance criteria: 1. Minimum five edited videos posted per week across the three core platforms. 2. All uploads match brand colours, fonts and tone. 3. Weekly analytics summary sent every Monday before noon (GMT). 4. Response time to community questions under 24 hours on weekdays. Everything is remote, collaboration happens in a shared Google Drive plus Slack for quick feedback. If you thrive on creativity, data, and fast turnarounds, this should feel like second nature.
