As our RE:Capture program expands, we’re seeking a Virtual Administrator to ensure a seamless document experience for every client applicant. Position Overview The Virtual Administrator will be responsible for managing and dispatching program invoices to client applicants through our platform. You'll serve as a vital bridge between iQGen and our clients, ensuring that invoices are sent with precision and professionalism. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and send out RE:Capture program invoices to clients. - Contacting clients if invoices go past a certain timeframe - Collaborate with internal iQGen team to ensure payments up to date. - Respond to basic client questions related to invoice. - Maintain template accuracy and suggest improvements for workflow efficiency. Qualifications - Accounts Receivable and collections experience - Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. - Strong attention to detail and confidentiality. - Clear written and verbal communication. - Self-motivated and reliable in a remote work environment. - CRM or client portal experience is a bonus.
