Agents log updates on tasks, licenses, and policies; Builders open the same screen and immediately see completion percentages, overdue items, and key alerts. Speed and clarity matter more than flashy graphics. Need a clean dashboard for data visualization. Core build requirements – Web application only (mobile-friendly later) – Two user roles with secure authentication – Dashboard components for task lists, onboarding progress, and license status – Scalable database structure so future modules—promotion tracking, policy submissions, CRM integrations—can slot in without rewrites – Modern stack of your choice, but please outline why it supports fast page loads and easy iteration. React + Node, Vue + Laravel, or comparable options are all fine if they keep the UI snappy. Acceptance criteria for this milestone 1. A Builder can create an onboarding template, assign it to a new Agent, and watch real-time completion stats. 2. An Agent can check off tasks, upload proof of license, and view their own 30-day timeline. 3. System automatically flags overdue tasks or expired licenses and surfaces them on the Builder dashboard. 4. UI follows the minimalist style: generous whitespace, neutral palette, one primary accent color, clear typography. 5. Code is version-controlled, documented, and deploys to a staging URL I can test.
