I have an existing public-facing web page that needs to do more than it does today. Please bear in mind when considering your quotes that if I accept your bid I'm going to expect that you complete every item on the following list to be completed for your original quote. Do not low bid to get the job and then try to renegotiate. Please visit my site, www.adamchein.com to gain an understanding of the project before bidding. The project requests the following changes/updates/additions: ◦ In the empty space above the hero add "Welcome to my world. How can I help you?" ◦ replace 3 watch symbols with a single watch (you can design a stylized version) ◦ Replace CNY logo with a stylized ring. ◦ Add Neighborhood Watch Repair Co logo (I'll provide) ◦ Add Repair Trak logo (I'll provide) ◦ Update revolving words. Remove all of the watch brands and replace them with the word "Watches". Add "Jewelry". Change "sell something expensive" to "Cash for Inventory" change "writings" to "musings". Change "Diamond Inventory" to "Diamonds". Add "NWRC" and "Repair Trak" Note: if all of these words make the result too small to see legibly split them into two rings that spin in opposite directions. ◦ clicking on either the diamond or the word "diamonds" triggers a fountain of diamonds shooting from the top of the hero's hat, fanning out. As they fall, the hero slides upward off the screen. The whole screen is actually scrolling up until the hero is gone off the top and there is an ornate picture frame that rises from the bottom until it reaches center. With the rising frame, two buttons are also rising for "back" and "contact". When the frame stops the buttons will be situated in the top corners. Back to the left and contact to the right. The falling diamonds are bouncing off the top of the frame and falling off the screen bottom. Inside the frame is a message: "follow this link (hyperlink link) to see our current inventory of GIA certified diamonds. If you see any you're interested in, contact (link) me directly for pricing and to confirm availability." Under the frame are two buttons, side by side, "see diamonds" and "contact me". Clicking"see diamonds will take user to the diamond link. Clicking "contact" will pop up contact page window. ◦ Clicking on the ring or the word "jewelry" will cause the hero's arms to rise so that the hero is holding them out, palms up (presenting something). The words and symbols disappear off of the two sides in opposite directions. As the symbols float off to the right, a back button floats in and settles in the left corner. As the words float off to the left a contact button floats in and settles in the top right corner. Against the black background of the suit jacket a message will pop up between the hero's hands. "I am the sales representative for these fine brands of jewelry:" under that are white (or choose a good color) circles for each brand. Each circle contains the logo and written out name for each brand that I rep. Currently that would be CNY and Diasun. Clicking anywhere on a circle would open a new window to that company's official site. Additionally, there will be a circle with a stylized calendar and the words "contact me to arrange an appointment to see a line". Clicking would open the contact me window. Note: please keep in mind that these brands might change or get added to or even get removed so keep some flexibility when designing. ◦ Clicking on the typewriter or the word "musings" will cause the hero to rise and spin into to a seated position, in right profile. He is wearing shorts that match the suit jacket, and flip flops. As this is happening A basic wheeled office chair rolls in from the left and he settles into it. With the chair comes the back button. The chair rolls to the right and reaches a basic desk with a computer sitting on it that enters from the left. Along with the desk, the contract button comes too. The hero's arms rise to the keyboard. The user can see the screen of the computer. The hero types the message, "You might have noticed that my mind is an interesting place. Sometimes I write what comes to it. Click here to be taken to my writings and musings. Consider yourself warned". Clicking it will open a new window to the landing page for my published writings. (I'll providedl a new link). ◦ Clicking on the tape measure or the words "bespoke clothing" will cause the tape measure to unravel and drape over the hero's shoulders (like a tailor). The hero's left hand rises into view holding a pair of scissors. The words and symbols glide off the screen and the back and contact buttons appear, rising with the scissors. The hero opens the suit jacket with his right hand. In the lining of the suit a message is embroidered into it, "Most of the clothes that I wear I design myself." (Fade out, next message) "Believe it or not it's often less expensive and a better fit them what you can buy over the counter." (Fade/replace) "If you would like to design your own outfits too click here". here will take the user to a new window with the made to measure site. ◦ Clicking on the watch or the word "watches" will cause the hero to spread open his jacket with both hands. The symbols and words glide off and the "back" and "connect" buttons appear. Across the hero's chest the message, "I represent these brands of Watches". Pinned to the lining of the jacket are watches (like the original symbols that were replaced.) each shows the logo of a brand. Also, nearby, the name of the brand. Clicking on one will open a new window to that brand's official page. Across the hero's belly add the message, "contact (link to contact page) me to learn more or to arrange an appointment to see one of these watch brands." ◦ Clicking the light bulb or the word "consulting" will cause the words and symbols to do their thing and the back and contact buttons to appear. The hero removes his hat with one hand and puts on a pair of glasses with the other. A message appears, " I have been in the watch and jewelry business since 1988. Over that time I have learned a thing or two. I sometimes offer my service as a consultant. I would love to share my knowledge and expertise with you if you would like to have it. Contact (link) me to set up a meeting or to learn more. " ◦ Clicking the $ or "cash for inventory" causes the shuffle again. The hero's hat flies off and is replaced by a green accountant's visor that floats on. A desk rises up from below. On the desk is a traditional balance weight scale The hero holds up both hands. Each hand has $100 bills fanned out. A series of cartoon speech bubbles deliver the following message, "sell me something expensive!" "I buy high end watches...". "significant vintage pieces from art deco, victorian and other periods..." "Well known brands like Tiffany and Cartier etc...". "I pay top dollar and I pay fast.". Your money will be direct deposited to your bank account same day". "what have you got to sell me?". "Click to contact me and show me what you've got" ◦ Clicking on NWRC word or logo and also repair Trak word or logo will cause a pop up stating " coming soon". When those modules are ready we'll do another round of updates. ◦ Clicking on any of the contact buttons will cause a window to pop up. In the window there will be an x to close the window and see the home screen again. The headline message is: "I'd love to hear from you. Please fill out this form so that when I respond I can be ready with the information or answers you're requesting. Scroll down to the bottom for my direct contact info". Then there will be a contact form. Form will require name and either phone number or email as well as preferred contact method (phone/Whatsapp, text, email). Then a check box for each option and sub option (watches-each brand etc). At least one must be checked to submit. Conditionally, any checked box brings up related questions. I will work on that aspect and submit it soon. Key expectations • Use best practices for responsive, cross-browser performance. • Keep existing assets and URLs intact unless the brief explicitly says otherwise. • Commit work in logical milestones so I can review each feature before we move on. • Supply concise documentation (or inline comments) explaining any non-obvious code decisions. Deliverables 1. Updated source files with the new features fully integrated. 2. Replaced/added content exactly as outlined. 3. A short hand-off guide describing how to deploy and maintain the changes. If you have relevant examples—especially projects where you plugged new features into an already live site—those will help me assess fit quickly.
