I want to turn every WhatsApp enquiry into a qualified lead that lands instantly inside my custom-built CRM, all while the conversation feels natural in both Hindi and English. The project covers the full cycle—from provisioning the WhatsApp Business API (or an equivalent on-premise gateway) on my own server, to writing the chatbot logic that asks the right questions, captures answers, and pushes them straight into the database. Key interactions the bot must handle include: • collecting customer contact details • updating lead status and internal notes • scheduling or amending appointments • posting account updates when something changes in our system • sending a quick property showcase (images, price, link) on request I will give you API access to the CRM along with a staging copy for testing. Your code needs to post and retrieve data reliably, with every update reflected in real time—no manual syncs. Language detection or a simple preference question should steer the conversation into Hindi or English without confusing the user. Deliverables 1. Working WhatsApp chatbot hosted on my VPS 2. Bi-directional integration module that maps chatbot fields to CRM tables/fields 3. Configuration layer (JSON, GUI, or similar) so I can tweak questions and replies myself 4. Deployment documentation plus handover call 5. Two weeks of post-go-live support for critical fixes Acceptance criteria: a new WhatsApp message should appear as a lead in the CRM within 5 seconds, all mapped fields must update accurately, and the bot must sustain at least 100 concurrent user sessions with minimal server load. If you have prior experience with Twilio, Meta’s Cloud API, Dialogflow, Rasa, or comparable frameworks—and you’re comfortable working directly on a Linux server—let’s talk.
